Which plan is right for me?
If there's nothing on your reports you need to dispute, start with Money Management. If there are items you think are wrong and you're applying for a loan soon, Success Plus is the best fit. It challenges items with all three bureaus, since you won't always know which report a lender will check, and it reports your Credit Pros payments to build your on-time payment history at the same time. What is the first work fee?
Your first work fee covers your Initial Credit Action Plan. Depending on the plan you choose, it may include:
- Credit monitoring with a monthly TransUnion report and score
- A line-by-line review of your credit report to spot anything that may be inaccurate, outdated, unverifiable or misleading
- A written action plan for each account and steps to build positive credit
- Requests to correct errors in your personal details, like old addresses or misspelled names
- A review of your budget and financial goals
- Adding your number to the Do Not Call list and opting you out of junk mail
- Access to credit education and tools in your client portal
Are there any other fees?
No. You pay the first work fee once, then your monthly membership. That's it.

No: no-one can. We have a satisfaction guarantee. If, after 60 days, you are not satisfied with our service, we will extend your service up to the number of paid months at no additional cost.
Can I dispute items on my own?
Yes. You have the right to dispute inaccurate, outdated, unverifiable or misleading information with the credit bureaus yourself, for free. Many people come to us because they want a team to handle it, follow up, and explain what's happening along the way.
