Client, by contacting CP, may cancel this Agreement at any time within five (5) days after signing and receive a full refund of all fees paid. Additionally, upon Client’s request, Client will be entitled to a full refund of all funds Client has paid up to the date of their request for refund if the following occurs:
If CP does not assist Client in sending any letter disputing inaccurate items appearing on Client’s credit report(s) within the first thirty (30) days of Client entering into this Agreement; or
if no items are removed from Client’s credit report within the first ninety (90) days. This guaranty is only redeemable after ninety (90) days in the program. Refunds limited to payments made for 90 days of service only. (ex. If client is in service for 150 days, with no change made to their history, they can request a refund, but that refund will be limited to 90 days of service).
Additionally, if any items that CP successfully deleted from Client’s credit report are reinserted, CP will reinvestigate said items without any additional charge FOR LIFE!!
This limited guarantee applies to Clients who have completed all required terms of this Agreement and fully cooperated with all CP requests. Certain state laws may limit or prohibit this guarantee.
** This guaranty does not apply to the Money Management Program because client specifically chose this discounted program because of the limited number of negative items on Client’s credit report. Client understands that CP will dispute said limited items which client identifies to CP for said legally compliant reasons.
CP cannot guaranty the outcome.
Said Money Back Guaranty listed above does not apply to Clients who have been enrolled in a credit restoration program with another company within the last one hundred and eighty (180) days.
