Damon DeCrescenzo, Chief Executive Officer of The Credit Pros, shares his highs and lows in his business venture at the School of Wealth of Rondi Lambeth.
Damon co-founded his credit repair company, The Credit Pros, with Jason Kaplan ten years ago. His business has grown to be one of the biggest credit card companies in the United States of America. To add, Inc. Magazine ranked The Credit Pros as one of America’s 5,000 fastest growing companies 5 years running. On top of that, The Credit Pros have been honored by Inc. Magazine as one of the 50 best places work.
His success did not come in a snap. Just like other businessmen and CEOs, he had his fine share of failures and disappointments. But, these discouragements did not hinder him from improving and pursuing to be the best version of himself.
“It is very hard to live a life when every single day is lived in crisis,” DeCrescenzo shares as he shared the lesson he learned from his mistakes in the past.

His interesting advice to budding entrepreneurs, “Slow down. It’s a long life. Don’t take yourself too seriously.”
